Picker/Packer Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.04 to $18.54 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• 1st Shift - Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm Sat OT 8am-4:30pm during peak - $18.04/h
• 2nd Shift - Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM - $18.54/hr
• overtime is required on both shifts during peak season
• Accurately locate, select, and pick customer orders from designated warehouse racks using handheld Radio Frequency (RF) scanners.
• Verify product integrity, quantity, and item numbers against order specifications to ensure complete accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for any damage, defects, or discrepancies prior to packaging.
• Securely and efficiently package selected items into appropriate boxes or shipping containers, ensuring proper protection for transit.
• Accurately apply shipping labels, tags, and any necessary documentation to completed packages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Picker/Packer Associate Qualifications:

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing for extended periods during an 8-hour shift.
• Prior pick/pack and RF scanner experience a plus
• English and Spanish Languages Accepted

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
