Receptionist

Pay Rate: $18.00 Per Hour

Hours: 7:30 to 4:00

Summary:
As a Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.

Day to day tasks:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist visitors with registration and check-in procedures
• Provide general reception and front desk support
• Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Required Skills:

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office applications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor in a front-office environment

Dress Code:

• Business Casual

Years of experience: at least 1 year of experience

Education: at least HS/GED
