Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team in preparing and finishing motorcycle components. Although this position falls under general labor, the work involves learning a specialized finishing process that requires patience, manual dexterity, and a strong commitment to quality.

Team members will inspect painted parts for flaws and perform sanding, buffing, and polishing to ensure each component meets customer specifications. No previous experience is required, as all training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, follow established procedures, work well with their hands, and take pride in producing high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect motorcycle components and specialty automotive parts for paint flaws, imperfections, and finish quality.
• Sand, buff, and polish painted surfaces according to customer specifications.
• Prepare motorcycle and carbon fiber components for final finishing.
• Follow established work instructions and quality standards.
• Maintain attention to detail throughout each step of the finishing process.
• Work safely and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Demonstrate consistent productivity, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and consistent attendance.
• Good manual dexterity and the ability to work effectively with your hands.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify imperfections.
• Willingness to learn and follow a defined process.
• Ability to stand and work at a workstation for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

Work Environment

The facility is clean, organized, and focused on quality production. Because sanding is a key part of the finishing process, employees will be exposed to dust and must follow applicable safety procedures.
