About the Role: EPC Aerospace Aircraft Maintenance Services LLC is looking for a sharp and driven Aviation Procurement Specialist to join our team in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities: - Aviation Procurement & Sourcing
- Source and procure aircraft parts, components, and MRO supplies in compliance with FAA and industry regulations.
- Ensure all parts meet airworthiness certification and traceability requirements (e.g., FAA Form 8130-3, Certificate of Conformance / CoC).
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with maintenance teams to forecast procurement needs and minimize critical lead times.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with approved OEMs, suppliers, and distributors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain and develop strategic relationships with aviation suppliers and manage the Approved Vendor List (AVL).
- Order Management & Administration
- Manage purchase orders from creation through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Track and resolve supplier discrepancies, delivery delays, shipping damages, and quality issues.
- Enter and update purchasing data, pricing schedules, and vendor profiles in our ERP/inventory management system.
- Review and compare purchase orders, delivery receipts, and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy before forwarding to accounts payable.
- Maintain physical and digital procurement records, manage compliance files, and assist with inventory reporting.
Requirements: - 2+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in the aviation or aerospace industry
- Familiarity with FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, and aviation parts traceability standards (e.g., FAA Form 8130-3, EASA Form 1)
- Proficiency with aviation procurement platforms (e.g., ILS, PartsBase) and hands-on experience using Corridor MRO software is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract review skills
- Knowledge of aircraft components, consumables, and rotable parts preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a time-sensitive maintenance environment
